Moving East

It's finally happening.

We are moving to New England.  We have been contemplating this move since before we were married.  It is such a relief that we will finally be going for it.  Neither of us are 100% that it's the right decision, as well as neither of us can ignore it any longer.  We have to try it.  We figure it's a win/win.  Not knowing leaves us unsettled where we are so either we love it and it loves us, or we hate it and find that out.

We are in no rush to get there.  While between jobs we are taking this opportunity to travel like gypsies for the next 3-4 months.  We are packing up our camping gear, climbing gear, sneakers and hitting the road.  We are significantly downsizing our accumulation of material crap.  Liquidation feels good.

We are looking forward to visiting family and friends along the way and discovering new places with small, wide-eyed little beings.   If anyone wants a visit, put in your request.  Yipeeeee!!

Hi Al! We already made it, but we'll be coming through MI in August and I would love to see you, your family and the farm. You could educate me since we want to do some small time homesteading ourselves!!
