The 12 mile run this morning was brutal. It took me 4 miles to feel even close to normal and then it was a battle from mile 5.5 to the end.
I start another week of CFC tomorrow. My friend Maggie, who wasn't able to do it with me a few weeks ago, has inspired this particular challenge. I won't be blogging daily about it, but will give the highlights.
